MAENTIVA, a.s. is the investment company set up in 2007. It acts in the sectors of private equity and real estate. In the field of private equity it administrates fonds of its partners, the only share holders of the company.It is focusing principally on buy-out and to lesser extent on start-up investitions. MAENTIVA invests especially in the sphere of logistics, spedition, transport and information technologies. Involving controlling the portfolio company and sharing interests with their management MAENTIVA,a.s. shares in creation of values in these companies without excercicing timeouts for the exit from the company as far as it has a significant growth potential.. In the real estate sphere MAENTIVA focuses on the administration, production logistics and trade segment.
