The biggest part on continual growth have, as like as in last years, logistic and forwarding company CSS spedition s.r.o., where its growth gets to 41,4 %. Company CSS invest s.r.o. which is the owner of Regional logistics centre R4 in Industrial zone Písek succeed in exacting period in the year 2009 and keep the revenue growth on the same level like in 2008. Another part on revenue growth have new company CSS property s.r.o. established by MAENTIVA, a.s. in 2009. Company CSS property s.r.o. is owner of luxury historical object in the centre of royal city Písek intended for rentals.
Company CSS trade s.r.o. become in the year 2009 as 100% subsidiary company of MAENTIVA, a.s. when buy back remaining 33,33 % part from associate Ing. Stanislav Kukrál. CSS trade s.r.o.was renamed up request of stockholders to company MAENTIVA Galopp s.r.o. and from the year 2010 will be managing all investments destined to horse racing industry which is from 2009 another object of MAENTIVA holding interest.
